This apartment complex is relatively inexpensive, well located and dog friendly. However, the management company (Phillips Real Estate) is among the most dysfunctional management company I've ever experienced. They ignore maintenance requests for weeks, then just cancel them without even an acknowledgement of the maintenance request and they certainly don't send someone to look at the issue unless you constantly contact them and ask for assistance repeatedly. And these are not small requests - things like large gaping holes in ceilings, major plumbing issues, and windows that have openings to the outside during the winter. The owner continues working with this management company despite constant complaints from the tenants. The management allowed dog feces to cover the parking lot for weeks. I'm at a loss as to how this management company remains in business.

One of the best locations in Seattle, Cool management, loved this place. The private parking was a lifesaver. The views from your windows, balcony/walkway and even the parking lot were undisputed, undefeated.
