I have lived in Slope Side Village Park City for almost 3 years now. We pay for an entire apartment when its shared living . The first year we were in employee housing. It was a tiny room and very claustrophobic but the staff helped address concerns to make it a better living situation for all the deer valley residents living in the apartment. There has been a lot of turnover with the staff the past 3 years i have lived here. Jaime the general manager, Jordan the assistant manager , paola, the front desk coordinator are all very helpful and go out of their way to make their residents happy. The housekeeping staff and maintenence take out your trash, clean once a week, provide toilet paper, and paper towels, and dish soap . They address your maintenence concerns. I had issues with my water being ice cold sporadically for the first year and a half I lived in our full apartment with my husband. Instead of addressing the issue they kept turning the water hotter and hotter instead of figuring out why it was sporadically cold. I escalated the issue with management and they had the vendor come out. They were able to address the issue and the water has been decent. They have events for the residents like 4th of July bbq, food trucks , donut and coffee day and other events. They go out of their way for the most part to build community for all the residents . Overall I have enjoyed living here. Its been a great place to call home for almost 3 years.

Management and the front desk lack empathy and basic customer service skills. Concerns are brushed off, and the focus seems to be on collecting money rather than supporting the people who live here. Nearly $800 a month for a shoebox-sized room shared with a roommate is already excessive this would be somewhat tolerable if the living conditions were decent. Unfortunately, they’re not. There are constant noise disturbances from J-1 parties in common areas, making it hard to rest especially when you work a late shift. Housekeeping is inconsistent at best dirty shower curtains are not replaced, and bathrooms are often unkempt. The photo shown is the shower curtain in the bathroom. I literally saw housekeeping here yesterday (Thursday) and it was not changed and this has been ongoing for weeks. The other photo is a picture of dirty dishes that have been in the dishwasher for weeeks on end! Speaking to management about the nastiness of residents does not help so hopefully a poor review will help. Slopeside Village has the worst parking situation I have ever experienced. There is a long waiting list for parking with residents are expected to pay $150 per month. Overall, this housing feels money-driven, poorly managed, and disrespectful to residents. For employee housing, this level of disregard is unacceptable.
