Great location, pet friendly, and anytime I’ve needed assistance from the office they have been very helpful. I’ve lived here for a few years and have had no real issues. Great neighbors, too. Would recommend.

Love the court yards to walk my littles around. Easy access to the freeway which makes it super quick to get around town. Maintenance has always been quick and respectful.

This is a nice complex to live in! It’s perfect for your little furry friends as they have plenty of places to walk with their park like scenery (PLUS they have pet stations with poop baggies which is a huge bonus). Anytime we’ve mentioned an issue maintenance fixes it ASAP. The people in the office are ALWAYS friendly and welcoming. It’s a pretty peaceful place to live in even being so close to a busy street. The location is convenient considering everything you would need is in walking distance. The apartments themselves are pretty homey and a great place to live!

I’ve had a really positive experience living here. Management is attentive and easy to communicate with, and they genuinely care about residents. They’re quick to address any issues and also make an effort to build a sense of community by hosting fun little events like pumpkin carving contests and summer barbecues. Maintenance has been great as well—requests are handled quickly and professionally every time. The property itself is well maintained, with ongoing upgrades like balcony rebuilds, new gutters, and consistent landscaping. The swimming pools are clean and well kept, the units are cozy and quiet, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. Also, you really can't beat being within walking distance to the mall and surrounding businesses. Overall, it’s been a comfortable, peaceful place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Unit was deep cleaned prior to move out& I was charged a sum of 330 for their vendors to routine clean for the next tennant. And 65$ charged for water trash& garbage services for the entire month post move out... Dont expect to get your deposit back even if you took care of the place and clean prior to leaving. DO expect: Your very own second story handrails and decks to be falling apart alongside a handful of structural discrepancies. Transients sleeping in dumpsters and breaking windows to get into laundry rooms. Multiple fire hazards on the premises. Your vehicles to be broken into. Your unit to be without power for the better part of a week due to faulty electrical systems alongside other electrical anomalies. Its unfortunate and disgusting practice by management to treat tennants like this. You'd think with all the $ they take from the individuals that live there they'd be able to make a compliant & safe place to live for people and their families.... I guess not.
