Living at Cedar Flats under the new management has been amazing. Every time that I've gone to Desiree or Connor with a problem they have been quick to help me resolve it. When I was having problems with old roommates they were quick to find me a new apartment and help me get everything settled to move as quickly as possible. Work/maintenance requests have always been attended to within the week which has always been very nice. The new apartments are amazing and I've had no issues with them. The wifi is amazing, it runs great which is a big plus as a medical college student. Just an overall good experience, no complaints here.

Living at Cedar Flats this last year has been great! Desiree and Connor have made everything super easy and have worked with us on any and all problems that we have had. The newly renovated apartments are great to live in, and I would recommend this place to everyone!
