I got a private room at Dixie Cove for the semester, and I have to say it's quite nice. The room is big and comes with a microwave and mini fridge. My only complaint is that the room does not include a chair, so make sure you bring one with you if you choose to stay here.

This is a great building and you get a lot of things like a microwave and mini fridge in your room. It's also quite spacious. I'm glad I chose this place for my school year housing.

As a freshman entering college at UTU, this is the perfect place to live! The rooms have a ton of space, power outlets, and lighting fixtures. They also come with a mini fridge, AC, and a microwave. There is a pool to get away from the St. George heat and it is right across the street from the Utah Tech campus. I have had no regrets with choosing this place as my home for the school year!
