Had a great experience stopping by today for some property outreach. Isabella was the only one in the office at the time and still took the time to be welcoming, friendly, and helpful. She made the interaction easy and positive, shared their contact info, and made sure we had what we needed to follow up. Really appreciate her professionalism and warm attitude!!!it made a great first impression.

This place is not taken care of very well. Me and two of my previous roommates had problems with other roommates bringing in large groups of unauthorized people into the apartment to live there indefinitely. In my case, they made noise all night, slept in the living room and trashed it, smoked weed and stole my food. I notified the leasing office in person and by email and it took forever for them to even send a notice to these people. This was not allowed under the lease, but every time I went to the leasing office, they seemed to brush it off saying things like "what do you want us to do about it?" For parking, the monthly fee for residents has been raised twice since I've been here and they added gates at the exit that keep breaking. One has been broken for months with no plan to fix it. Also, there is a charge for guest parking that keeps getting raised as well, and my roommates have had their guests towed despite paying the 24 hour rate and everyone told them tough luck. The utility/amenity fee has also been raised, yet they aren't taking care of their amenity equipment. When the hot tub broke, they closed the entire pool area and told me they didn't even know if maintenance was scheduled on it. And even when it was open, 2 of the gates to it were broken for months. When the grills run out of gas, I inform the office and they say they'll let someone know but nothing gets done. The gym equipment is also left broken a lot. At one point, the fire pits were also broken and my roommate was told that the budget was not approved to fix them. These issues are ignored for months at a time and they seem to act like fixing this stuff is optional despite advertising it on their website. Also, the elevators are broken half the time and when they do work, they make loud grinding noises. Also, when my roommate transferred apartments, he was charged for damage the maintenance team had done to his walls.
