Property is absolutely beautiful, well kept, and smells amazing. Leasing was super sweet and very informative! Shout out to Danik! Had an amazing interaction with him he definitely deserves a raise!

Horrible. The halls & elevators are filthy. The staff are all untrained students, if you have a problem you're out of luck. No one can answer questions & then no one follows up. Can't get answers over the phone either, calls never returned. My son was in the ICU & unable to attend school they were still charging him rent, I tried to get their help even asked to sublet his place they refused. Their management company Greystar is in another state they didn't care just greedy! They're not helpful & overcharge & have hidden fees. I would rent from anyone other than a Greystar property. They even have metered parking so you have to pay if you're visiting or dropping something off for your kid. None of the other apartments near District do that, they all have free daytime parking. Greystar is the worst!

I am writing this review because, unfortunately, it seems to be the only way to get management’s attention when issues are not being addressed.
Currently, the side entrance fob access has been broken for weeks, creating an ongoing inconvenience for residents.
The women’s sauna light hasn’t worked for the entire three years I have lived here, and the sauna completely stopped all function a few months ago. My repeated maintenance requests for it to be repaired have been ignored.
The wifi is consistently spotty at best. It’s clear that repair is being neglected here as well. This is completely unacceptable for a student apartment complex.
If residents are expected to tolerate prolonged, undisclosed, disruptive construction to the pool, the least management could do is stay on top of routine maintenance issues. Overall, the lack of responsiveness, transparency, and consistent upkeep has been extremely disappointing.

This apartment has been a huge part of my college experience and I couldn’t ask for a better one! Not only is it beautiful outside and has fun places to hang out, but it also has the cutest study rooms and coffee place. I’d definitely recommend living here and it’s the perfect distance from campus! Staff is also very helpful, whether it’s the leasing consultants or the maintenance team.

This place is going down the drain. You pay for luxury apartments but it’s barely worth the price anymore. There’s always something wrong with the pool/hot tub. The hot tub was drained for most of the summer to the point where I stopped even trying to go. I live in a corner of the building right next to a gate that is NEVER LOCKED so anyone can just walk in. They’ve been promising to fix that for like 3 months if not more. There's a ton of sketchy people in the area at night. The cell service is always awful. There’s always trash everywhere (parking garage, dog park, hallways sometimes) and it smells so bad. They have fun events but won’t notify you until the day of, so poor communication. I requested to switch rooms after I renewed because they told me this was an option, but after like 2 months of not getting an email reply, they told me they don’t allow for room transfers anymore. My email was within the time period that they did but I got completely screwed over. Also they found a dead homeless man in one of the dumpsters in August and management NEVER ADDRESSED IT. Management in general is so hard to reach, and I don’t want to take all my complaints out on the students who work here because it’s not their fault. I like how close it is to campus but now that the streetcar charges $1 PER RIDE it takes the convenience out of it. They are desperate for people to renew and will keep pestering me even though I’ve said I am NOT resigning
