Ms Tee is awesome! She is helpful, go the extra mile, full of energy and exuberance so much zeal and warm in life! She knew we wanted to move in as soon as possible and she made it happen! The apartment was gorgeous and within our budget. She understands our need and go all the way to meet it. Awesome!!
Thank you Ms Tee.

They didn’t just lease me an apartment, they handed me a reset.
I wasn’t just looking for a place to stay. I needed somewhere to breathe. Somewhere to get quiet and recalibrate. And without asking, Ms. Tee somehow understood that.
She didn’t just show me an apartment. She offered me space that matched something I hadn’t even said out loud. Her energy was steady, professional, but beneath that? There’s a rare warmth. She makes you feel welcome and at home.
The unit feels alive. The subtle rhythm of life around me, the hum of doors, conversations, footsteps, it doesn’t crowd the peace. It adds to it. Makes it feel like the building is awake, and I’m not alone in the world. The apartment its self is spacious, nice finishes with a cool layout.
And then there’s Alison. Quiet powerhouse. She picked the furniture in my space with a kind of sixth sense. Not flashy. Just right. The kind of styling that makes you pause for a second and think, “Damn. This feels like mine.”
Tee and Alison together are the real charm of this place. Cool without trying. They bring a vibe that’s hard to find and harder to forget.

Happy resident, convenient location in downtown Tucson. Commuting around town 15-20 minutes. Ms. T is our wonderful leasing agent who goes above and beyond for us residents. She’s been very helpful at nights when we needed services at the hot tub. Thank you ms. T!!!

Don’t rent here, it’s a trap. The building has roaches, low water pressure, plumbing issues, hidden fees and dated appliances. There are roaches, need I say more? The shower drain smells like sewage periodically and maintenance says that’s normal. There is issues with the plumbing and management isn’t being forthcoming about it. I witnessed a neighbor’s roof cave and destroyed their home. The halls of at least two floors have been damaged and under construction for over two months as a result. Maintenance regularly checks my shower and plumbing because the apartment below complains of leaks. There is a mandatory trash valet and they are almost always late if they show up at all. Sometimes trash is left in the halls overnight and it smells in the morning. My AC reads higher than the actual temperature of the apartment and my bill was higher than usual for a small studio. Management makes changes to but not limited to a “CAM” fee (common area maintenance) and rules to the common areas without notice. When my discomfort was brought to management’s attention the property manager said “Per your lease agreement, common areas and amenities may be changed, closed, or restricted at any time without prior notice.” I have contacted the city and the better business bureau and there is nothing anyone can do. I am trapped in a lease in an environment that only gets worst with no way out. I am a veteran and have dealt with the suck before but there is nothing like feeling trapped in your home. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for housing.

I don't even know where to start. My stay here was absolutely amazing. The unit they gave us was very nice. They accommodated us perfectly. The staff in the leasing office and the maintenance staff were nothing short of amazing. If I needed any repairs done they would get it done by that day only. Not only that they did an amazing job maintaining the pool and the barbecue areas. I only wish the fire pits would work, but other than that thank you to all the Agave 350 staff for making our stay comfortable.
