WORST BUILDING TO LIVE ON CAMPUS. They can send endless reminders about rent but they can’t send a maintenance worker to our apartment for 2 weeks to fix the air conditioning. There is always endless problems with this building and they never seem to make them right, also if you want to lose a couple valuable packages, then this is the building for you. No one takes their job seriously here and they think it’s all a big joke. Manager is never available, and i mean NEVER. The level of incompetence here is awful and not to mention we have had multiple leaks and odor problems coming from the drains.

This place is a disaster. My daughter, a U of A student, has lived here several years. They don’t tell you how much your utilities are until the first of each month but you have to pay by the first or you’re late, so basically you have 24 hours. I’d be happy to pay a week early but this isn’t an option. They lose mail and packages constantly. About 50% of mail makes it to my daughter, so we’ve just started sending her mail to her boyfriend’s house. Her birthday gift didn’t make it to her. The post office shows it was delivered, but it has never been seen and it’s been 6 weeks. I don’t know if employees are stealing packages or if there’s just a room with everyone’s lost mail somewhere in the building, but you cannot trust these people to get mail to residents. Finally, my daughter’s apartment had a pipe leaking into their kitchen and though they fixed the leak they never patched up the wall and a maintenance request yielded no help. This is what corporate apartments look like. Nickel and dime residents with unnecessary fees, provide poor and minimal service with no desire or Interest in providing a quality apartment or quality customer service. This business exists to make a bunch of money for people who care nothing for their tenants. I wouldn’t sign a lease here again if my life depended on it.

I’ve lived here for 3 years now, and overall it’s been a good experience. Every once in a while I have issues with management, but the good has outweighed the inconveniences. The apartments themselves are nice and spacious and amenities are a bonus. I would recommend as it’s a nice place and also the cheapest in the area.

Pacific and malibu is such a nice property. Totally worth living here with all the cool amenities and resident events they put on. Out of all the workers at Pacific and malibu, Hannah is the only one that always goes above and beyond to help residents. I’ve lived here for 2 years and from move in to all the little things, she continues to be genuinely helpful compared to others that work here. She’s convinced me to sign my lease again!

The property going through major upgrades have definitely added an elevated experience for residents. Despite the naysayers that may be doubtful of the changes being made, you have to see the property for yourself and prepare to be amazed. 💪🏾
