Moving into Green Water Apartments has been a journey, and I honestly couldn’t have done it without Justin and Johnathan. My situation was complicated and stressful, but they were patient, supportive, and incredibly understanding every step of the way. They took the time to work with me, answer my questions, and make sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. In what could have been an overwhelming experience, they truly became a ray of sunlight at the end of the tunnel. Villas Los Duraznos looks amazing- very clean, well maintained, and clearly taken care of. The property really stands out. Justin was extremely helpful and patient, answering all of my questions and guiding me through the entire application process. He made everything easy and stress-free. Overall, a great experience and a great place.

My experience was very nice! Leasing Staff was very pleasant and the Apartment Grounds looked good. The same as on the internet! The apartments were nice and so were the grounds. Nothing was broken or out of place.
