I’ve been living here for the past year and I love it. There haven’t been too many problems in my apartment but when there are, the maintenance team are quick to help. Shoutout to Anna at the front desk for making it easy living here! She answers all of my questions and is super friendly.

I can’t say enough great things about the Maintenance Supervisor at University Crossing. He is incredibly responsive, professional, and truly cares about the residents. Every maintenance request is handled quickly and efficiently, and the quality of work is always top-notch. What really stands out is his positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right the first time. He communicates clearly, shows up when he says he will, and treats everyone with respect. It’s clear he takes pride in keeping the property safe, clean, and running smoothly. University Crossing is lucky to have such a dedicated and hardworking maintenance supervisor on their team!

I submitted a maintenance request fully prepared for a long saga… plot twist: it was fixed almost immediately. The team came in like a well-trained pit crew, handled everything quickly, and left the place spotless. 5 stars isn’t enough — I’d give them 6 if I could.

The office staff is super friendly and actually cares, and anytime I have had a question or needed help they were quick to respond and really easy to work with. Maintenance has been awesome too. Every request I have put in has been handled fast and they always do a great job fixing things the right way. It makes living here feel easy and stress free. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I have had at an apartment complex.
