I just got my new apartment today, and I’m really happy with it. Everything looks clean and nice, and the process went smoothly. Excited to move in!

The new manager is on top of things. It's great to see the office open during office hours. The maintenance is good and quick to respond to work orders. My pest control problems are finally getting resolved.

This property is under new management. They are cleaning it up, it is starting to turn around. They have kept it clean, good communication and get work orders done in a timely fashion. I look forward to the future of this complex

I've lived here for over 2 years and i've had nothing but problems with my unit. Every few months my apartment floods from sink due to upstairs beighbors putting food down the drain (what apaetment claims). Today is the last straw. I came home to a completely flooded apartment due to water heater failing( who knows the age of water heater). Unfortunately due to the lack of preventative maintenance my property and things are destroyed. I will update once I find out what the insurance they provide covers; and if they make me continue to live in apartment with soaked carpets and soaked linyl floors...

Lived there over 9 years ago. Read thru the other negative comments and all are true! From cockroaches to shady management. Also experienced Ana speaking negatively in Spanish about us to other apt. employees. Moved in to cockroaches they tried to say we brought them but we did not. When we left we super cleaned our apt and left it much cleaner than when we moved in. Years later we received notice that we had left it dirty and were taking us to court. Even my neighbor wanted to swap apts because mine was so clean! Don't move to hidden point!!! If you already have be sure to document with photos when you leave. Management is rude and dishonest!!!
