I’ve lived here for about 6 months. This is hands down the best place I have ever lived. The units are up to date with little to no noise from my neighbors next to me. The maintenance team is lightning fast!! You simply text the office and they are at your door within a couple of hours it’s great. The Leasing staff, Emma, Emily etc are always so kind and treat all their interactions with prompt professionalism. The gym is a 10/10 with very modern equipment that’s high quality enough for intermediate-advanced lifters not just your typical hotel style gym. the basketball court is 10/10. Thanks to Katerina for always keeping the court clean, mopped & swept multiple times a week. It keeps players safe from slipping. I also see Sonia constantly working so hard!!! She always has a smile on her face & she makes my daughter smile anytime she sees her. She keeps everything in my building looking nice, new & pretty.

Great staff and you can tell they care and have immense pride in their work. A couple employees I have to mention are Izaiah and Omen. They’ve helped me many times when it came to any sort of maintenance issue and they help me understand why the issues happen and how to prevent future issues. They are fast, efficient, reliable, and knowledgeable.

I am writing to share some positive feedback regarding the staff at ICO Fairbourne Station. I would like to specifically recognize Sonia and Katherine for their exceptional work. They both work incredibly hard to keep this community extremely clean and well-maintained, we greatly appreciate them.

I’ve been living at ICO Fairbourne Station since May 2025, and overall it’s been a good experience. The community itself is nice and well maintained. The location is one of the biggest positives — it’s close to the Metro, grocery stores, gyms, and pretty much everything you need day to day. The amenities are also good. There’s a pool, jacuzzi, and a small gym. The gym isn’t huge, but it works fine, and most people I know go to outside gyms anyway. The leasing office and management team have always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed support. They’re welcoming and easy to talk to, which honestly makes living here much smoother. I appreciate the way they handle things and hope they keep it up. The only real issue I’ve noticed since moving in is the noise around the pool area, especially during the summer months and later at night. There have been times when music and gatherings continued pretty late, even after quiet hours. I understand that people want to relax and have fun, especially on weekends, but when it goes past the posted quiet hours, it can get disruptive for residents who are trying to rest. I think better enforcement of pool rules and quiet hours would help a lot. It would also help keep things more comfortable for everyone living nearby. I’ve also noticed that sometimes trash gets left behind in common areas or garages, and it would be nice if residents were a bit more mindful about cleaning up after themselves. Other than that, I really don’t have any major complaints. Parking is fine, the community looks nice, and overall it’s a solid place to live. With a bit more attention to noise control during after hours, this would easily be an even better community.

I love living at ICO Fairbourne Station. The amenities are amazing, the gym, hot tub and pool are always clean! Jenni and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the location is perfect with easy access to Trax and shopping. It’s a comfortable, safe, and beautiful place to live!
