Feeling robbed since i had to turn down a very good job opportunity since they want 6 months rent to break a lease. Overall the experience is good but a total scam if you are looking to get out early. Read your lease carefully or you may be signing a death sentence

I toured The Opal Apartments and had a great experience. The community is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. Davaney was amazing, super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the tour easy and enjoyable. The amenities and apartments were really impressive, and the location is convenient. Definitely worth checking out!

As a longtime renter, through college and since graduating, with experience living in multiple apartment properties in other states and in Utah, I can confidently say this has been one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had. Luis and Jorge are truly exceptional; their professionalism, responsiveness, and overall service are unmatched. I’ve never experienced a team that is so open, honest, and genuinely attentive. They take the time to listen, understand your needs, answer all your questions, and actually help you find what you’re looking for, not just what’s available. That level of care and transparency makes a huge difference when choosing a place to live, and it really shows how much pride they take in their work. The Opal team clearly invests a lot into the property too, and it shows in how well everything is maintained and how thoughtfully the community is managed. Jorge helped show me an apartment. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had tons of questions and he was super patient and helpful in answering them all. Very excited to go forward with the paperwork!!

I don’t usually leave reviews but when I feel like service has been outstanding I will make sure it’s recognized. Luis was very kind and informative during my tour and made me feel comfortable enough to ask him so many questions and never feel like a burden. The Opal are lovely apartments and I would recommend he’s the person you go to for any of your needs! (:
