Love living here!! Me and my family have been living here for almost 4 years on August (Apt 37) Quite places to live and friendly neighbors. Paola Ruiz (manager) is really friendly. Recently I had an issue with my stove I let her know couple of days ago and I got my new stove today I’m truly thankful with Paola and the management ❤️

Manager Paola is really wonderful and truly cares about her tenants and the property she manages. Every time I’ve had an issue or needed something fixed she has responded quickly and made sure to follow up regarding satisfaction and work done. Recently I had an issue with my garage door and she had parts replaced and it was fixed within a few days. I am very grateful to her and her team.

I moved into Parkside La Palma Apartments in December and the manager Paola was such a big help. So far its a quiet complex with lots of families and definitely feels safe. The move in process was easy and Paola made sure to answer any questions I had. My apartment was very clean, and no pests anywhere! so far its been a great month at Parkside La Palma

My husband and me moved into Parkside La Palma Apts last month and from the beginning of meeting the manager Paola she has been friendly , patient , informative , skilled , knowledgeable , accurate .She explained everything and made the whole process from the paperwork to actual moving in very easy and pleaseant . She is a manager who cares and respects others . We are very happy living here . It’s clean and quiet and Paola is very attentive to all of our needs matter how small. If you do run into a problem you can count on the manager to see to it that it gets addressed and resolved . I feel with a manager such as Paola you will feel very comfortable and at ease living here . We are very happy to have a great new place to live and have a great manager and maintenance crew who cares about quality of apartment living.

Paola (property manger) is the most gracious, understanding, and patient person. and if it wasn't for her this place would not run the way it does! And let me tell you the place is ran wonderfully! Every time I would need something, eventuate at nights Paola is always their to help her tenants! everything always gets fixed immediately. We were having some sort of leakage in our bathroom and I was at work. Paola called me letting me know that there was a problem... Most people just stop their and now you get concerned. But when she called me she didn't just tell me the problem but she had a solution and she was already working on getting it fixed! Paola and her staff are amazing! I love this place because of them! Awesome people
