I lived at Ann Arbor Woods for about 2 years and overall had a very positive experience. The maintenance team was always responsive and came on time whenever we reported an issue. Even if something couldn’t be fixed right away, they always made the effort to check and try their best, which we truly appreciated. The area itself is very nice, peaceful, and feels safe to live in. It was a comfortable place to call home during our time there. The only reason we moved out was due to the rent increase, otherwise we would have happily continued living there. Thank you to the team for their support during our stay.

Beware of this place!!!!! -5/10 recommend. Yes NEGATIVE 5. My number one complaint with the place is the management and property manager, Jamie. I was shown a unit that looked okay, and even the paper I was given had a floor plan of the unit. The unit given to me was completely different, and way smaller. Not one single closet available besides in the bedroom. No storage spaces, no coat closet (as advertised) etc. Everything in the place was cheap. You barely touch a wall and the paint falls off. You close your blinds and they fall off. Oh and beware when you move out, they want you gone days before the actual day they give you to be out by. I had a day left still to come and gather any left belongings, and planned on doing a deep clean to then turn in my keys. I show up that morning (my last day there) and my items are missing. Someone entered my unit and took my items, and had paint buckets waiting. If this was the plan, I should’ve been told a different date and would’ve had EVERYTHING done earlier. This will be brought to court because my items were stolen. You’d expect the management to have some common decency when it comes to things like maintenance requests, rent, and utility questions. Your questions will never be answered. So many fees were charged (after looking at my final ledger) by Jamie the property manager, for unnecessary reasons and no explaination. As a property manager, you’d expect some common decency when conversating. Jamie is very rude and not very welcoming to her tenants. BUGS!!! This place is infested with bugs. I’ve seen mice outside, and had a horrible ant problem although my place was kept squeaky clean. Maintenance doesn't care.
