Living here 4yrs now . Maintenance and management don't care about the tenants. Always a leak somewhere and water is completely off or no hot water for days with no notice. Had a leak in the kitchen for 2 months . Supposedly been fixed . Water under the floor squish when walked on . Maintenance came pulled out dishwasher been a week have not been back. Kitchen smells like sewage and mold building up. If I could afford to move, I would in a heartbeat

Had a hard time with leasing agents at other properties Ashley made me feel like I belonged would recommend to any one looking for a place to call home
