worst place ever, I lived here for 8 months back in 2020 and it was the worst. ROACHES AND RATS, someone tried to break in 2 times, someone with a gun walking past our window at midnight then shooting bullets in the sky.

I’d give this place a 0 star rating if I could. They probably have a higher turnover rate than a Motel 6. $2k for this nightmare. Firstly, they tack on ridiculous fees whenever and wherever they can, all hidden in the lease. Secondly, the roach and trash problem is horrible. One side of the complex is worse than the other, but both are disgusting. Because of the smell and built-up trash, roaches are nonstop. We were able to somewhat control and maintain them, but you shouldn’t even have to ‘maintain’ something like that. Maintenance? Awful. They ‘fix’ one thing just for it to be an ongoing issue so they can charge you a maintenance fee every single time. They’ll lean against your car, blast music, and hang around instead of working. On top of that, they can and will walk into your home without warning. Being a young female home alone, it was terrifying, and it wasn’t just one man — it was multiple. One time I was asleep when a man walked into my bedroom and I woke up not knowing what was going on. There is a constant pile of garbage outside the bins and nothing is ever done. The entire complex has pet waste everywhere and smells because the dog park is overflowing. Parking? They will tow you even if you are paying for a spot. I was towed three times and had to run around trying to find my car because management wouldn’t give me the correct tow company info. Plumbing was horrible — every time we flushed, waste and toilet paper came outside of our front door and piled up. We waited over a week for that ‘emergency maintenance.’ Management? Extremely unprofessional. Instead of helping tenants, they gossip about them. Especially Esther, Susan is just flat out rude. There are constant parties every Thursday–Saturday with loud music and noise all night. The rent is nowhere near worth what this place is. Their ‘laundry facility’ is always broken, so the laundromat down the street gets all the business. I would never recommend this place. If you made it this far, please stay far away. Even the complex across the street is better. Any other positive review is a very rare and selective experience
