Came in to have a view of the apartments after hearing about a leasing special and was amazed at how nice the apartments were for the price. You can tell they maintain the apartments very well and the upgrades we got in our unit are so much better compared to any where else I've looked. Maria in the office signed us up for our lease and she was so nice and gave a tour of the different type of units they have available. It made it so easy to find the right one for our family. I'm right down the street from the school and my kids love being able to walk and ride their bikes to school each day.

Recently toured this property and found it to be not only affordable but very family oriented with lots of families living in community with one another. Also within walking distance to a highly rated elementary school where all of these children attend. Loved the safe space for kids to play on the interior of this complex. Nice 1/1s and 2/2s available for renting also.

Please read before u rent!!! Leaving Texas, so gonna try to save some people. Live there few years ago, now I feel safe to post - unit fill with roaches - non responsive maintenance (ie: was living in freezing cold for month before they finally come fix the heating system, then in summer there was no ac either… see attached pic) Was legit dreading to come home from work. Can you imagine? 😂

What a fabulous place! Apartments are spacious and well maintained, paint looks fresh and management is always available to talk to. Great value for money!

The apartments are a little above average. The rent payment is not bad for the area, it is close to AT&T stadium and the entertainment district of Arlington as well as fairly close to downtown Arlington and the University of Texas Arlington. The one bedroom apartment has a decent amount of space and they have newly renovated available. The community is welcoming. Downsides are one bedrooms only get one parking space and not much visitor parking available so a lot of people have to resort to parking in the street in front of the apartments. Other than that you can expect to get what you pay for, they are not luxury but they are are decent for the price. It looks like they are working to improve the quality of living for residents, it has some potential. The manager Jamie Lopez does a good job at working with the residents on any problems that arise. They have some events and deals for the residents as incentives.
