Don’t rent here place is a joke(or management is Maitance crew was real cool good people hard workers, was there a couple years never a late payment never any issues from me or my family but long story real short was in one apartment switch to a upgraded apartment then couple months later moved out into a house when we moved out they charged us like crazy I mean we cleaned that apartment head to toe it was beautiful move in ready but management tried to find every reason to take our deposit money I promise when you move out of here, you will not get your deposit back and you will owe them guaranteed. And we were never late on a payment or any issues.but management is going to find a way to pull every penny out of you they even charged both me and my wife’s card for the money we even put up our own towel racks because theirs would not hold They turned around and charged us for the towel racks that we bought with our own money after putting multiple workers in Thinking that we took theirs towel racks unbelievable but I’m telling you, what gets me the most When we moved out, they charged us for a water bill over $300 when nobody Was in the apartment this is how they run they place. You will get more out of life by treating people they way you would want to be treated.

It was alright when I first moved in but boy was I in for it a few months afterwards! they act so nice to quickly move you in just for you to discover uncleanliness, gnats NONSTOP & roaches dead and alive.. & still expect $1100 rent on the 1st of the month with unsanitary living conditions. as SOON as my lease is up I’m out of here! It got so bad to a point I didn’t even feel comfortable in my own apartment anymore I am beyond disgusted & disappointed. they don’t care about their tenants, as long as they get their money they could care less!
