Do not move here if plan to have visitors they will be towed!! No exceptions even with visitors pass there's apparently block out days

Beware Beware Beware Beware !!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you move here you are only paying for the location……. These apartments are very outdated with white appliances brown cabinets and dirty brown carpet…..Please don’t be fooled by the pictures on their website as they are not accurate. I have lived here over a year and it has went downhill since…… from the dirty grounds that keep mosquitoes in the nasty pond that hasn’t worked since I’ve lived here, to the loud pool parties and all the dog poop, to the flooding in front of my unit and to the MOLD!!!!! Yes I said MOLD in my unit…..There is always a hot water issue and the gates are always damaged/opened due to technical issues so they say. I wasn’t available to let countertop guy in and they charged my account an additional $150……. The issue with the mold isn’t complete and they charged me an additional $150 and I still have mold…. Crazy right…. Just a warning before moving here please take your time and look around to find better living accommodations this place is not it. Also beware of the towing ring they have here. I have been towed twice. I have already contacted the health department about the mold issue and nowhere in my lease states they can charge $150 for not letting or being available to let a contractor in….. but Tamra y’all can keep that $150 and please don’t ask me to renew my lease.
