The rooms are nice, and my daughter took very good care of hers. Despite this, management nickel-and-dimed us constantly, ultimately charging us for normal wear and tear like "full paint" at move-out. We also faced misleading technicalities regarding tier-based rent pricing. When we respectfully challenged these fees, management took zero responsibility. I would never rent here again. Parents, look elsewhere.

Very nice area and apartments. The view is beautiful and it is close to the college. Joel was extremely helpful!
