Broadstone Pullman

This place just want your money and does not want to make it easy to get anything done. Its next to Pullman yard and the company they hire to boot cars that suppose to not live there. Luckily i haven't been one of them. But I've seen many cars "accidently" booted. I looked at the company's, Empire Parking Services, reviews and they constantly make that mistake. $75 dollars to remove. Geez thats alot for an "accident" According to one of the people I talked to said they won't even hear you out until you paid them. Geez.

I cannot say enough good things about Mellissia Knight and the level of care and professionalism she provides. She consistently goes above and beyond to help others and treats people with genuine kindness and respect. From assisting with logistics to simply making stressful situations easier to navigate, Mellissia has been incredibly supportive every step of the way. Genuine customer service like this is rare, and Greystar is lucky to have her. Truly one of the best people I’ve ever had the privilege of working with.
