1. Fire alarms have not been replaced since the first Obama administration, and like to go off at random intervals at ungodly morning hours -- this is the responsibility of management. 2. The front elevator has broken down multiple times, many times with people in it, forcing residents to use a dirty, unsecured side entrance -- alternatively, management will open one of the garage doors, allowing anyone inside (people have stolen things from the garage -- but there are no security cameras there, so good luck trying to get that resolved!) 3. Over the course of staying at this apartment, my roommate and I have had reoccuring black mold problems that management has tried to gaslight us about continously. As an immunocompromised student, I cannot count how many times I have gotten reoccuring respiratory illness (in this apartment alone) that magically go once I leave this place. At one point, the wood of my bathroom was so rotted with black mold that the soap dispenser (and large portions of the wall) fell off -- despite obvious mold, management saw no issues. 4. Far, far, far overpriced for the apartment. While I will acknowledge that the layouts are decently spacious, charging 1000+ for what we're getting is simply not worth it. 5. This is just petty, but I was promised a 350 dollar gift card if I renewed my lease -- however, because I renewed it at a lower price, management decided that they wouldn't give my card after all 😂 Overall, just a terrible experience -- after 3 years, I'm glad to be almost free from this hellhole!

Good price/spacious apartment. Management was always very helpful and kind when I communicated with them. Was the elevator broken often, or fire alarms going off a couple times throughout the year? Sure, but its a Wampus apartment and that was to be expected. Overall good experience would recommend for their price. (also they sent me cookies for my birthday which was very kind)
