Don’t expect the AC to work consistently for your 400 square ft apartment, it won’t. Also if you have a leak, just expect that to become a new feature, since management never actually fixes anything. Lots of rain? Get ready to barricade your windows with towels. Also, what was $1235/month last year is now $1425/month this year. Don’t let that fool you into thinking they’ve added any value to the property in the last year though, they certainly have not. If anything, the place is a bit worse for the wear.

I lived here for two years, no major issues and the property manager was nice to interact with. Also they didn’t raise my rent as much. But the issue is my ceiling was too low, and room felt like an aquarium in the day. I was sensitive to light and this definitely greatly depressed me. Hence I moved out.
