Nothing gets done in this apartment. - Front elevator has been down for over 6 weeks, this is the only entry point making the apartment accessible. If anyone were in a wheelchair, they would have to go either up or down a flight of stairs to reach a working elevator. - Our dryer has been broken for 3 weeks and has not been fixed/replaced - wifi has been almost unusable for the past month - Service requests get "completed" without actually being fixed - Management does not respond to emails regarding issues (such as elevator) - We have gotten 0 acknowledgement on the lack of an elevator. - Front door does not lock, threatening our safety - Apartments are not checked for cleanliness or quality before moving in - At least one of the above: mold, roaches, gnats, or ants, in each apartment
