This is a wonderful apartment with lots of walkability. It's very affordable for the area. All the shared areas are kept nice. The apartment is a little small and does have a odd layout but it fits one person very well.

I have lived here since mid 2021 and overall it’s fine. Did not come with a dishwasher so if that’s a creature comfort you’re used to, be warned. My unit at least has had a lot of hot water problems, but I wonder if that’s also a City of Austin water quality issue (combined with the fact that the units have Very Small hot water heaters that are a bit old-fashioned). Management is generally responsive, laundry room is clean. If you’re an upperclassman or graduate student at UT, this is a good location for biking/busing/walking to campus and it’s pet friendly.
