DO NOT SIGN HERE!!! By far the worst staff and management in all of West Campus. They didn't even clean our apartment when we first moved in. We had to beg and track them down our first couple days until they finally said they'll do something about cleaning and then they just went MIA until eventually they said the cleaning people left and they can't do anything about our place. During our entire stay they tried to squeeze money out of us for any little thing they could find and were so rude and unreceptive when we would try to talk to them about concerns or issues, some of them even laughing at us?? All this while I was still living among roaches and silverfish. And now that I graduated and left the place, they are trying to pass off all of their basic fees that they are responsible for as an apartment on to me. I cleaned out my private room entirely and cleaned in general before doing so but they are asking me to pay for like deep, ingrained mold that is in the building itself, as if I created it and it wasn't there in the building when I moved in. Other basic cleaning they are in charge of as a commercial apartment they are just trying to pass off to me. And most importantly, they gave us a dirty couch and living room when we moved in, like it was in a peeling condition, and now they are saying we damaged it and need to pay for it? We didn't even sit on the couch or even go into the living room because it was disgusting the whole time we were there (again since they would not clean it). How can they give us a dirty, uncleaned apartment and then ask us to pay for cleaning after we moved out?
