Everyone who was helping moving roller boxes up to my daughter’s room was so nice and worked hard in the heat. It was so much less stressful this year and it made my trip there much more enjoyable. Yugo Austin Rio looks very new (I think it was built in 2019). The amenities (study rooms, gym, printer, etc.) are all great. Yugo Austin Rio is also very close to UT Austin campus (about a 5 minute bike ride). The elevator wait isn't that long because there are only 7 floors. I live in a 4x4 and our apartment has a 65-inch Smart TV, living room, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a washer and dryer. Yugo Austin Rio is also pretty secure since you need to scan in to get into the building, use the elevator, use the first floor stairs, etc. Move in process was very streamlined. The price is ok - it could be a little lower. Overall, I would highly recommend.
