Waters Edge Apartments Bloomington

Moved in July 2025 from another Cedarview property where I had Shannon as my leasing agent. Shannon went above and beyond to fix an issue or to answer any question. When I moved to Waters Edge, I wanted to continue to work with Shannon, I was told they had a manager but shortly before move in I was told she was helping and I got to work with her again. She is simply the best! She always answers any question or questions in my case, if there is a problem she jumps right in to get it resolved quickly. She is honestly the reason I stay with Cedarview. The property is amazing, very quiet, friendly neighborhood. When you move, ask to work with Shannon, you won’t regret it.

The apartments are gorgeous, and the amenities are incredible. I even hosted my bridal shower here, and it turned out wonderfully.
