I’ve lived at KSF for 2 years now, and I have to say, the new management company has really transformed the customer service at King Street Flats. The apartments have always been very nice, but the old management company was not great at listening to tenants. However, so far Highland Management (new management) has been amazing - everyone I’ve talked to in the office has been so kind and responsive. We also got new furniture in the units, and it is much nicer than the furniture when I moved in (the couch is so comfortable). Overall, KSF is in an awesome location, it’s very quiet, and now management is great. It’s just very pricey - but as a grad student, the calm, quiet, and ease of not having to move furniture are all wonderful.

This flat was built after the city tore down the homeless shelter in 2021. The City of Boone thinks getting rid of housing for the homeless will get rid of them, but they are wrong. Now this place is charging rent that is way too high for a college student to afford. You should not live here if you value your money and your morals.
