Great place to live for students, property manager is super chill and easygoing. Perfect location easy walk to campus and pearl st. Highly recommend checking this place out.

I lived here for a year and the management is not ideal. The landlords can not help with even the simplest problems in the apartment. Bad management and just a rough experience. Avoid at all costs.

I lived at varsity townhouses from August 20-August 21’. The management is incredible and they truly take care of their residents. I’ve lived in other places that use management companies and they take your entire deposit. The management of varsity is overseen by the owners. If you have a maintenance issue they fix it immediately or tell you when the work will be done if it’s a big issue and requires a couple days to get the problem fixed, I never encountered that. I would highly recommend renting from varsity or campus townhouses and hands down would rent from them again. I got over 90% of my deposit back, so did many others that I knew in the complex. These guys are legit. Hope that gives you confidence in renting with them.

Negative stars if I could, lived here 2018-2019 and everything was pretty much fine up until they tried to scam me and not send my security deposit check after my lease ended, claiming I "didn't put a proper address on the envelope with the address to send the deposit check". They did the same thing to my roomate, but luckily we both called and got them to mail both our checks. These owners, particularly Drew seem and can be cool in person, but they are all scamming you for money in subtle ways. Don't trust those guys.
