Listen.. CHRISTIE MARIE is the best. She’s on point always and is so helpful. My roommates and I were residences here before she had started and as soon as she started, she made an impact to the saga community. She is so kind, personable and helpful. I went and toured the property today and absolutely loved it!! The staff were so kind and professional and Christie really stood out to me. The location is great and really close to campus, which is perfect if you’re a student.

Worst apartment complex near campus BY FAR. The most incompetent, rude, and useless management team who is difficult to deal with and completely unresponsive with multiple attempts via voice and email. For example, our key fob to our door has been broken since move in day and I’ve sent over 10 emails not including ones from my parents and my roommates/their parents as well. We have had a very poor experience with the overall upkeep of the apartment. Holes, cracked walls, mold, missing appliances, ant infestation, AND I’ve been told about the rodent problem in the winter due to the holes that they just don’t seem to care to fix. Apartments are insanely overpriced and not well maintained for what they charge. The management team seems to not care about their residents and their safety at all which is super concerning regarding the fact that it is one of the closest buildings to campus. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
