My wife and I have lived here for about 6 years. We moved from across the country and the leasing agent at the time made it seamless and stress free. Property management has changed a few times over the years and every one throughout has been wonderful. They treat you like a human and not just a rent check. The neighborhood is generally quiet and well maintained. Lots of dogs in the neighborhood, big trees, pretty landscaping. The pool in the summer is amazing. One of the best parts of living here for me is the maintenance crew. They are reliable, happy natured and the guys that have been here forever are funny and personable. We have looked for bigger apartments but the horror stories from some of these other rental companies, along with proximity to our work and the great environment here keeps us at timber ridge. Also, rent has only gone up a few times in these 6 years and they often offer deals for resigning your lease early or locking in rent for longer leases. I’m happy we ended up here on a whim.

Genuinely one of the easiest and most relaxed apartment complexes I have lived in. The prices are great especially for the location so close to campus. The office is very local, easy to reach, and flexible. Special shout out to the maintenance crew, under 24 hour response time, very professional, efficient and chill guys.

— I would like to give a HUGE senior citizen shout-out to Amanda, Heather & Jackie at the Timber Ridge Student apartments leasing office off Aurora Ave. in Boulder. I ended up on brutal traffic today on 36 , unable to exit to my medical appt on campus at the CU Performance Center. I realized I would be late, so took the frontage road with the idea of walking up. Couldn’t find a single parking spot anywhere near. In a mild panic, I parked at the Leasing Office and asked if I could possibly park there for a med appt. They were angels; immediately issuing me a temp parking permit. After my appt. And walking all the way back, I was dehydrated and almost collapsed on their lobby chair. Amanda came out with a cold bottle of water, asking how I was.
Love shines in Unexpected places. If you have an incoming CU student, consider Timber Ridge.

I have lived here for 10 years straight. It is 1.3 miles from my work at the U.S. Dept. of Commerce NIST. The management staff has been ALWAYS top notch and they perform their duties above and beyond. Their package handling operations are outstanding, when you especially consider how small of an office staff they have. My apartment area here is 99% of the time really quiet and I can have my windows open without listening to anyone else's noise. The 1 bedroom that I rent is perfectly fine for me and I think it is big. These apartments are centrally located in Boulder, and I like being close to everything. Thank you to the ladies in the front office for your diligence in all matters. My experience with the maintenance staff has been only positive here. When I go home every 2 years for 10 weeks to see my wife in the Philippines the management staff has always kept an eye on the apartment while I was gone. I think they have shown that they strive hard to make individuals experience here a really positive one.

Lived at TR for about 3 years. Management team was great, very friendly folks. Very quiet compared to other options in Boulder in the similar price range. They gave me my deposit back plus some of the interests they made by investing it while I lived there.
