Union 9 Seventy has been good so far! Communication is top-notch — every email and phone call I’ve made has been answered promptly, which is such a breath of fresh air compared to other places. Grace in particular has been absolutely amazing to work with, and the entire front staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. Although expensive, the property itself is beautiful and well-maintained despite rather dirty hallways/elevators, and I’m genuinely excited to live here this school year. If you want a place with great communication, a welcoming team, and a stunning property, Union 9 Seventy is the way to go!

Expect the bare minimum. Hallways are always messy and they don’t clean them. When I was moving in it seems like they didn’t inspect the apartment at all as I had a dresser full of random peoples clothes and it was destroyed and the whole apartment was not clean (they would rather give out $50 gift cards to people than pay to clean the apartments). The price is outrageous for the laziness in here they give slumlords a run for their money. You also pay for every utility, internet and parking and good luck finding a parking spot here because it’s either spend 3 hours looking for a parking spot or $120 a month for parking. Would highly not recommend living here.

Just toured this property and got a lease signed for my daughter next year. Great property and Jacob was very knowledgeable on the tour. We're looking forward to getting my daughter moved in to her first college apartment.

Meh decent living space extremely expensive garage door was broken forever pool was dirty and closed for the longest. Otherwise ok place to live. Maintenance service was prompt and good and the views are nice if you get in building A with mountain view. But the worst part is their pressure to make you renew your lease they are incredibly binding leases and impossible to break. I was told if I didn’t sign to renew someone was going to take my apartment which never happened then when life didn’t play the cards for me to stay in Boulder it was impossible to get out of the lease I am now still paying and not living there. So don’t be pressured into renewing and be very cautious of their business tactics to make you renew. Otherwise an OK place to live.

The property management is mediocre at best, especially considering that this is marketed as a 'luxury' apartment. The problems with this property lie with them, not the people who are usually at the front desk who are actually pretty nice, but unable to make management decisions. While the units are nice, the amenities fall below the standards to which they are portrayed. The pool is constantly dirty and filled with algae because they don't have an actual pool service to come and clean it. The gym is very limited. If you can find roommates to fill a unit at Uclub I would do that.
