Current resident and I like it enough, my apartment has everything I need (in unit wash/dry which rules), but man this is easily the worst parking lot I've ever had to deal with, there's barely any room to open my door even if me and the people next to me park perfectly in the lanes. Not a suuuuper huge deal but an annoyance for sure

Disappointing. Work orders submitted last year not completed after the summer. Moved in and A/C not working as well as other things that prevent moving in and unpacking. Really poor management of maintenance. For the money paid in rent they can afford to do better.

We ended up signing a lease at their sister property, Union 9Seventy, just due to proximity to campus for my daughter's first college apartment but we this property was great, too. The affordable price point was a big thing for us to consider but we're happy to have the same staff at both properties as they've all been very helpful.

I had such a great experience with this place! Katherine was amazing and made everything so easy for me. She was super helpful, friendly, and quick to answer any questions I had. The property is awesome—clean, well-kept, and in a great spot. You can tell they really care about the place and the people who live there!!! If you’re looking for a new place, definitely check them out and ask for Katherine. She’s seriously the best!

Great place for students, quick easy access to CU, nice pool and brand new dog park. The best part is the front office staff and community manager Chloe. She goes above and beyond to make the move in process a breeze, and really cares about family and the community she serves. Definitely number one pick for affordability as a student anywhere in Boulder.
