I lived here for 3-4 years while going to college. I never had any complaints. The landlord is nice, the maintenance man is super helpful, and it's right next to campus. Sure it's a little old, but it's got character.

Not smart people. They’ll let others park behind your motorcycle blocking you and get confused when you explained the spot was already being used.

I have lived here for 2 years and not only is the location perfect, but the landlord and property managers are very nice, professional understanding people! Their apartment rates are not to high either, especially for college students :)

I have loved renting here for two years, the landlord is super sweet and helps caters to students. I lived on the hill previously and dealt with at times a frustrating landlord and expensive rent which is why I think that University Heights is great for students and is also affordable and a great location. Definitely recommend!!

My experience with these apartments was incredible, the manger is great and the apartments have great up keep. The landscaping is beautiful and it’s in a great location I would absolutely live here again.
