Boulder View Apartments

Just recently moved to Boulder from out of state and I can't say enough good things about the team that manages the Boulder View Apartments. 1) They worked with me to ensure parking spots were reserved for my PODS container to be delivered. 2) They were patient with all my questions about the apartment and took the time to show me the unit twice so that I would be reassured about my decision on the lease. 3) They are super dog-friendly. Boulder housing, as I have been told, have become less dog-friendly more recently. Their pet fee is not outrageous, and they have poop bags located around the property and a fenced in area dedicated for dogs. Kelly, John, and Blanca are very gracious people. It's nice to have real people be there for you during major life events such as a cross-country move.

My studio was comfortable, had a great view, and reasonably quiet. By which I mean the neighbors were all quiet - good soundproofing. The road is right there and I played rain sounds at night so that random cars passing late at night would blend in instead of be an intrusion into silence.
