This apartment doesn’t even deserve one star. Living here was a nightmare. The manager pretends to be nice but is extremely irresponsible—only making empty promises with no action or follow-up. For an entire month in winter, hot water would randomly stop working, forcing me to shower at hotels or elsewhere. The elevator was broken for over two months, and there was zero consideration for residents with physical difficulties. I constantly had to carry heavy items up and down, wasting time and energy. Security is terrible. Anyone can enter the building since there is no gate, and outsiders or homeless individuals freely walk in. The pool is completely unusable—the water is freezing even in summer and not properly cleaned. During move-out, they charged me unfairly for full repainting over tiny dust-like marks, took my full deposit, and demanded additional payment. Despite all the inconvenience and safety issues, I was never compensated. A friend of mine even had their car damaged and stolen from the parking lot, and management took no responsibility. For the high rent they charge, this place is absolutely not worth it. I strongly recommend staying away.

770 is an amazing place to live for so many reasons. One- the units are nice, newer, and have great amenities (gorgeous pool area + decent gym). Two- the location is convenient. I walk to the nearby stores for quick grocery runs or down the street to downtown Fullerton for a coffee. Three- the staff (from cleaning to leasing to maintenance) are so great. Especially Teaira and Brandon in leasing. They’re very responsive and always so helpful, especially if something pops up. It’s such a relief to have them as trusted support/managers of the property and I’m very grateful for them. I would definitely recommend moving here!
