Adorable apartments here at Burnap! The apartment is a perfect size and I feel at home here! I just moved in and Deborah (Debbie) has been lovely and helpful! I hope to meet more of my neighbors soon! ❤️❤️❤️ I am very grateful to be apart of the Burnap community as well as Chico!

Was a nice place to live in until a group of homeless people setup a camp 15 feet outside my door, and broke into my car and stole things. And also until I moved out and not only did I not get my deposit back, but they actually CHARGED ME $600 for cleaning. Also, don't believe anything Deborah says. She's a liar and scam artist at heart. 0/10. Avoid this place.
