Clean, quiet and friendly place to live. My apartment has a great kitchen, opens to my living room, wow, huge bathroom and large washer and dryer! I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

One of the nicest places in Chico! I have yet to find anything comparable and such a great price. I love having a washer & dryer in my unit. Spacious with plenty of storage space. Beautiful complex!

Lived in an outdated apartment with a wall unit. Electric bill was over $200 each month. After 4 months living there they raised rent. Left after 6 months and got only $241.20 out of $850. Super disappointed and would NEVER rent from them again. Total ripoff!!!

Love these apartments. They are cute and cozy . And have washer and dryer in the units. Big plus!!😃😍😚
