DO NOT LIVE HERE. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. One of the worst apartments I've ever lived in and I've had my fair share of apartments. First, when we first moved in the apartment was filthy. I'm not sure what there idea of clean was. Second, the walls are made of paper, you can hear EVERYTHING and I mean everything your neighbor is doing. And it doesn't help when you have an upstairs neighbor who is making noise at all hours of the night and management doesn't do anything about it because it continues to happen. We've complained multiple times about this neighbor and yet we continue to suffer the consequences of not being able to sleep at night because nothing is ever done. There is also a creaking sound that comes through anytime anyone is walking around upstairs (I'll insert a video). It won’t allow me to insert videos here but if you go to yelp I’ve included a video for reference so you really understand just how bad it is here. You can also hear water down from upstairs that sounds like the apartment is about to flood and try having to wake up to that noise at 2am as well on top of all the other noise. We can't wait to get out of these apartments. It's truly been a nightmare for us EVERY SINGLE DAY.

We have lived here for 3 years and definitely had issues (roaches, windows don't shut properly, poor parking, smoking (supposed to be smoke free), dog poop everywhere. BUT despite all this we decided to move here to a bigger unit because we liked the spacious layout and due to health reasons wanted a first floor unit and did not want to move far. We go to move in to our new unit and it is dirty....full of dog hair, bathroom, laundry, and floors not clean, baseboards dirty. Patio full of dog hair and dog urine. It smells like they have attempted to cover up the foul odor with deodorizer. We have 2 days to move in and of course no one can do anything till Monday. And I am allergic to dogs....so now I am covered in hives attempting to clean due to the yet again lovely incompetence of the staff here.

My wife and I absolutely loved living here, we made full use of the amenities which when combined with the spacious & modern interior really made it Eaton Ranch a fantastic value proposition! All of the office staff were an delight to work with from start to finish. Any time i had a question or concern it was addressed quickly and professionally with (imo) just the right amount of friendly too! Thank you Eaton Ranch & staff! 10\10 Would rent again! We only moved to buy a house :)

Eaton Ranch is a great place to live. The Leasing Office personnel are very friendly, professional and attentive to whatever you need. Maintenance has responded immediately for the minor issues I have had. Everyone is very kind and understanding. The apartments are very roomy, appliances are well maintained and I really appreciate having my own washer/dryer. The area is convenient for shopping, dining and freeway access. I have no issues with parking or obtaining mail and packages. All residents are friendly and respectful. Although I don't have any pets, this is a pet friendly location. Very clean and well maintained.

My experience at Eaton Ranch Apartments has been wonderful. The staff are very professional, while also being friendly. They promptly answered all my questions with certainty and provided assistance through every step of the application process. The complex itself is also beautiful and features a plethora of amenities most other places don't have. The apartments themselves are also beautiful and very spatious. They feel modern, elegant and provide a comfortable living space for anyone inhabiting them.
