Older apartments but they are clean and have good space and good cabinet/ cupboard storage inside. Parking is a bit of a nightmare with almost no guest parking.

This place sucks. I left my car there overnight and it got towed the next morning. Dealing with everybody left a bad taste in my mouth. Last time I ever visit anybody there. And it’s not like every spot was taken. Where do the visitors park?

Scammers, they take advantage of college kids. Kicked my daughter out of the portal in which she and her roommates uploaded pictures before they moved in. When they moved out they weren't given access to the portal and charged them for all the things they uploaded, all the uploaded pictures were "no longer available". They also changed out the carpet that was 20 years old and charged them for the carpet that was trash from 20 years of wear and tear. They send you to a collection agency that can't even help you, they have no clue and it feels like it's by design. The property manager is no help, they blame everything on the old owners. AVOID RENTING HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. I've seen other reviews here with similar situations. I'll be reporting them. Wish there was a lower rating, they don't deserve a 3.3 rating, that's high for them.

Super slimey and will change rent prices without an explicit reminder. Increased prices over 250 dollars a month just in the past year. Not to mention removing our basketball court and keeping entrances locked at all times making entry more difficult

Gateway is run by really caring and helpful staff! Overall the appliances and building can be run down and need more than some routine maintenance to fix. I would recommend going in with set roomates if possible as we got very unlucky with our assigned roommates.

I like Gateway apartments a lot, this is my first apartment I have ever lived in and my roommates and I love the set up. The privacy is great, the space is amazing, and everything that comes with it is extremely homely.

Management is nice, they give out goodie bags for finals and midterms and holidays. Dogs are allowed which is a huge plus to me. Parking is okay until you have people over cause they usually have to park in someone’s spot then there’s a chance of being towed :/

Parking is horrible, especially since it’s 25$ a month. Rent is expensive considering you live with 3 other people. They lie and say you will get to meet your future roommates to see if they’re a good fit, before you move in and when new roommates move in. You don’t meet them until they are already moving stuff in. Slow on maintenance, dishwasher was broken first day we moved in made a request and finally 8months later we have one, can’t forget that the maintenance man broke a chunk of wood out of the counter while trying to get the old one out. Not only that but the wood flooring is torn up from taking it out and the new one doesn’t even fit properly. They do not clean the apartment before you move in like they say, bathroom was disgusting and so was the toilet

I had the opportunity to tour apartments at gateway. Lauren did the tour and she was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. She was very attentive and knowledgeable when it came to answering all of the questions I had. I also had the pleasure of meeting Roberto and Sonny. Roberto is super friendly and very personable. He only wants the best for each tenant and I could tell he had my best interest at heart when chatting with him! Sonny was also extremely friendly and very funny! He assured me that all of my needs would be taken care of at this apartment complex! I highly recommend this place as I will be signing a lease asap!! The whole team was exceptional, they really do go above and beyond for their tenants!!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

With my first time being on my own, I was very nervous to go about getting my own place. Roberto made it a very easy process, and I felt stress free and comfortable with everything. He answered every question I had with confidence. I have some friends that live in these apartments, so whenever I am here, I see how fast they respond with issues or anything needed. If not that day, then for sure the next. Overall, great place ran by nice and efficient people. I would recommend 10/10
