Nice apartments for the price. High ceilings, in unit washer/ dryer, quiet, nice pool, down the street from the mall and shopping. New manager is really sweet.

I am alarmed that the apartment manager here has been arrested on two felony counts of stabbing, which is a matter of public record. Despite these charges, she continues to work in this role.This raises serious concerns about safety and oversight at the property. Management positions should be filled by individuals who inspire trust and ensure a secure environment for residents and visitors.Anyone considering this property should be aware of the situation and weigh the risks carefully. I always knew there was something off about her. Other than that the apartments are in a good location and the pool is great in the summertime.

We have recently purchased these units and quite frankly, feel as though they are THE BEST DEAL IN CHICO! Large units, VERY close to Chico Mall and Restaurants, Newer - built 2010! Excellent Floorplans, Swimming Pool, Plenty of Parking, and Numerous Happy Tenants!
