The property has a lot of walking green space and is very peaceful to live at. The units are nicely renovated with plenty of space, grounds are almost always cleaned and well maintained. The parking is all on the outside of the property so you do need to walk a little sometimes to get to your unit, however this makes the greenways between the units much quieter and safer to stroll through.

I do love these apts BUT they really need to have at lest one reserved parking spot for every apt because having to find parking is crazy and it’s not fair at all most apartments have one reserved for people

Under Ms. Vera’s management I’ve had no issues with this apartment complex. First time renter and she was super helpful and accommodating to make sure the move in process was easy. Pet friendly, the location is great, neighbors are friendly, and I feel safe enough to take my dog out even at midnight. I love using the clubhouse gym and I can’t wait for new pool/spa renovation to be done.

We didn’t end up renting from them but almost did and I have to say that our experience with Erin, the management here was excellent. By far the most personable manger I’ve spoken with (which is a lot this past month). She was quick and responsive and worked with our situation to get us the place but ultimately the unit was just too small for our family and we decided to keep looking. We noticed this place had a ton of negative reviews so I thought it worth throwing out our positive experience with this place so others aren’t thrown off. The apartment was clean, the carpet fresh and grounds kept nicely. Don’t let the bad reviews scare you away, just give Erin a call and I’m sure she’d help you out!

Absolute worst apartment complex I've ever lived in hands down. Staff let's people rummage through the dumpsters at all hours of the night, there's zero security cameras on property, and bare minimum lighting (generous estimate) in the parking lot at night. This is NOT a place that feels safe especially if you have children. I had my wheel and tire stolen off car one evening, yes literally my wheel and tire stolen, a huge rock thrown through the back window of my brand new car and had my entire families laundry stolen from the onsite laundry mat among countless other disasters. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live other than Joshua Tree Apartments.
