I really have enjoyed living here. The property is well maintained and the managers on site are awesome. They are always there to answer any questions and they send out maintenance people in a reasonable amount of time if you need something. We had the mail boxes broken into and they managed it very well. I was always able to pick up my mail from the office until the new mail boxes were installed. There's plenty of parking, relatively quiet and it's just nice to have people who know what they're doing.

This is by far the most embarrassing management group I’ve encountered. The management here has been more than aggressive on multiple occasions and refuse to be civil with tenants. They treat each property like a dorm instead of the duplexes that they are and will lie about fines and false police reports in an attempt to get someone to sign a lease. On property management is atrocious having regard to tenants concerns or needs. Has a recorded history of breaking landlord laws and not complying to resounding internal complaints
