Would not recommend living at riverside apartments. Ever since starock took over it's been downhill. If you're a plant lover, stay far away from this place. If they're so concerned about the "aesthetic" of the apartment then maybe they should put money into improving its trashy outside appearance and do something about the homeless hanging around. I fear this is only the beginning of this new power tripping management. I bet they make it impossible to contact them because they know their residents hate them. Sad to see plants out by the dumpster that people had to throw away :(

I've lived here for a little over two years. When Sheraton owned the apartments it was fine, not great, but an okay place to live for the cost. At the end of 2024 the apartments were purchased by the private equity firm Starock and ever since then it has gotten worse and worse to live here. Our rent has gone up twice since then and some of the utilities that used to be covered in the cost of rent no longer are. Now it's harder to reach someone to talk to if we have any problems. We also just got notices about having to remove all plants, bikes, and "miscellaneous personal items" from our patios. So now we pretty much aren't allowed to have anything on our patios other than outdoor chairs. Any of the positive parts about living here are gone now that Starock owns it. Definitely won't be resigning our lease once it's up.
