I put in a work order back for a busted seal in my living room window back in December. It was closed 2/18 with nothing actually done. We got the run around by mgmt several times (clearly they just sat on the work order) and were told to call Miller glass ourselves to get an update. Why am I, as a renter, managing your projects? Why am I communicating with vendors at all? Now I get to annoy Hignell to spend $700 that they'd have to either way. Karl the maintenance man is awesome but management here is incompetent at best.
