Floor planLove these apartments! Heather is by far the most caring property manager I've met and looks put for the tenants. Dillion is a fantastic maintenance man and takes wonderful care of the property. The apartments are spacious, the location is clean and kept up, a short walk to campus and downtown. Truly a Chico gem!
The Acacia Apartments are some of the nicest apartments available in Chico and the key reason for this is the amazing community that exists within it. The property manager Heather is one of the most kind, helpful people I have ever been introduced to, having her to talk to when we needed something made my experience living here so incredible. Any problems were instantly fixed with our apartment and we were not neglected in any way. The people and the quality of the place has really made my stay here such a pleasurable experience.
