Pros:
big bedroom for a couple or singles.
People are also nice.
Good for a fix budget.
Good maintenance guys.
Clean.
Love the fridge.
Good lighting
Basketball court is fair
Nice kitchen floors
Kinda close to csu or butte bus stop
Cons:
Small for any more than two.
Small laundry ?
Carpet half the place needs a good vac
Ac is fair
No cover parking
Blinds break all the time
Some windows ? are not double glass
Closets never stay on track and have to be taken off or just deal with it

Worst apartment and horrible and incompetent management. I could go on and on but I’ll save you some time, money, and headache, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
