We had a wonderful experience working with Lisa at Timber Creek Apartments. She was incredibly helpful with roommate matching and got everything set up for us very quickly during a stressful time. Lisa was kind, patient, and genuinely understanding of our needs, which made the entire process feel manageable and supported. She was professional throughout, returned our calls promptly, and followed through on everything she said she would. When we stopped by the office on Lisa’s day off, the rest of the team was helpful and attentive, clearly building on the excellent support Lisa had already provided. Overall, this was a great experience with a professional, responsive, and caring office staff. We truly appreciated Lisa’s support and would highly recommend working with her and Timber Creek.

I’ve had such a great experience living at Timber Creek Apartments. From the very start, Jackielee in the leasing office was absolutely amazing — so helpful, friendly, and efficient throughout the whole process of moving in. She made everything feel easy and stress-free, especially as someone moving from abroad. The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival, any service requests are dealt with quickly, and the whole team is really responsive. I was also really impressed with how well I was matched with my housemates through the questionnaire — it’s made such a difference and helped me feel settled straight away. I genuinely love living here and would highly recommend Timber Creek to anyone looking for a well-run, welcoming place to live.

The whole application process was very fast and easy. Staff are very welcoming. The apartments, depending on which one you choose, have a gate surrounding them so you don’t have to worry about random people coming in. Your car parking pass is free. Apartments are relatively clean when you move in. Obviously they aren’t the best looking apartment every, but for being a college student I think it’s good enough for me.

I love it! I’ve been here for almost 2 years, my dog loves the dog park and we feel so loved by the staff. It’s clean and fairly peaceful for Chico student living, then always have coffee and a chance to talk if needed. The maintenance staff are soooo nice and always bring good vibes around the complex!

I can't say enough good things about Megan, the leasing manager at Timber Creek Apartments. From the moment I first inquired about availability of a furnished apartment for my daughter, she was prompt, professional, and so friendly. Megan went above and beyond to make sure the applying process was as smooth as possible. She’s incredibly responsive, always answering questions we had about the complex and also the neighborhood. What stands out most about Megan is she really takes the time to get to know you, making Timber Creek feel like home. She’s always positive, approachable, and willing to help in any way wether it was the online application difficulties we experienced, to setting up renters Insurance she was there to assist.
